1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration

• Each player may hold exactly one (1) jillpark account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

jillpark is obligated under Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players. As part of this process, jillpark may require players to submit the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot or photo confirming the player's ownership of the GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other payment method used for deposits).

jillpark will process withdrawal requests only after satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and, in cases where legal obligations require it, reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

jillpark accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT (TRC20), and 7-Eleven cash-in channels. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within the jillpark account dashboard. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The player's jillpark account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the account, or a verified method registered under the player's own name.
• jillpark will process GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes during normal operations. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day during Philippine banking hours. USDT withdrawals are processed subject to network conditions.
• jillpark reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the jillpark account dashboard and may be updated by jillpark from time to time. Players are advised to check current limits before initiating transactions.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

jillpark may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses offered by jillpark are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within the jillpark account and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that have been generated by meeting the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

• Bonuses not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically and be forfeited without further notice.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jillpark Platform operate under specific game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the record held by jillpark's game servers shall be considered authoritative. jillpark's random number generators and live dealer game systems are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and verifiable outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game, jillpark reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. jillpark shall not be liable for any winnings that result from a technical error that is demonstrably inconsistent with normal game operation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at jillpark and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and potential reporting to Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanism that places bets without genuine human interaction.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraud, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use jillpark services to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Exploitation of software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Any conduct that jillpark determines, in its reasonable judgment, to constitute cheating, abuse of the Platform, or a deliberate attempt to defraud jillpark or other players.

10. Responsible Gaming

jillpark is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides players with tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who wish to use these tools may access them from the responsible gaming section of their jillpark account dashboard.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to jillpark will be processed within one (1) business day. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be registered. jillpark strongly encourages players who feel their gambling is no longer within their control to utilise self-exclusion immediately and to seek support from third-party responsible gaming resources.

11. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 12. Limitation of Liability

jillpark's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 13. Privacy

14. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the jillpark Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the jillpark Platform, shall first be submitted to jillpark's customer support for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days of submission, it shall be referred to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
